Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged between 18 to 50 years of all gender 2. Clinically diagnosed/pre diagnosed cases of Depression based on DSM-5 3. Individuals willing to participate and give informed written consent 4. Individuals who show melancholic temperament traits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with aged below 18 and above 50 years 2. Individuals with other major psychiatric disorder 3. Individuals with neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, dementia) or serious chronic systemic illness affecting mental state 4. Patient who fails to maintain regular follow up as per study protocol
