Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adolescents studying in the selected schools with no history of neurological disorders, psychiatric conditions, or any cognitive impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Adolescents who have been practicing martial arts for more than six months prior to the study. 2.Individuals with injuries or medical conditions that prevent participation in physical activities.
