Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Only Post Menopause women will be included 2. Post Menopause women of age group between 45 to 70 Years 3. Who are willing to provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular practitioner of Yoga 2. Women with physical disabilities 3. Who has had uterus operation 4. Had a history of Menopausal hormone therapy 5. Undergone any surgery in the past 3 months
