Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing general anesthesia Mallampati grade 3 and 4 American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) I, II and III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) IV or higher Patient refusal Obstetric patients
