Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade 2 gestational age more than equal to 37 weeks scheduled for elective c-section under subarachnoid block who present with shivering.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parturients with Height less than 150cm or more than 170 cm Initial body temperature of more than 38 degree Celsius or less than 36 degrees Celsius. Chronic user of adrenergic receptor blockers or calcium channel blockers. Known history of alcohol or substance abuse or post-partum hemorrhage
