Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all genders, aged 18-50 years, who are willing to participate Visual Analogue Scale ranging from 4-7 Participants with Non Specific Low back pain from 6-12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with previous history of spinal surgery Participants with NSLBP who had cognitive impairment or inability to follow instructions Participants with LBP of a specific nature Participants undergoing immunosuppression or steroid medication Participants with open wounds over lower back Participants having cardiac pacemakers
