Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged between 30 to 60 years of age(married, unmarried, widow, separated or divorced) 2.Menopause surgically or naturally 3.Menopause in the past 12 months 4.Give inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Never menstruated, 2.pregnant women, 3.lactating women, 4.stopped menstruating due to medical treatment or illness.
