Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men experiencing ED for six months or more. o ED resulting from veno-occlusive dysfunction or arterial insufficiency, as confirmed by an andrologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of congenital urological conditions. o Neurological deficits impacting erectile function. o History of previous urological surgeries such as prostatectomy. o Cardiac pathologies that contraindicate exercise interventions.
