Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate and postgraduate medical students of age group (18 to 30 years old) who should be free from any acute and chronic diseases. Participants who are willing to participate. Participants with no prior training in Pranayama or Meditation. No Vision impairment and Hand Function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are not willing to participate in the study. Participants who are already practicing pranayama on regular basis. Participants who have a history of any neurological or musculoskeletal disorders. Participants who are using stimulants or sedatives. Participants with acute illness or recent surgery. Participants with High stress periods or Sleep Deprivation. Participants with psychiatric or Psychological conditions.
