Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: )Children aged 6-15 years 2) Have parental consent 3) At least one untreated active carious lesion of ICDAS code 3 or above in both primary or permanent molars involving one occlusal surface will be recruited for this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with severe oral problems other than dental caries. 2)Have major systemic diseases like bleeding disorders, 3) Have caries in more than one surface. 4)Have history of long-term medication use. 5) Uncooperative during dental examinations. 6) Known sensitivity to silver or other heavy metal ions. 7) Have any developmental anomalies. 8) Tooth involved in the study having pulp pathology.
