Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults with persistent low back or neck pain for six or more weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma, spinal surgery, tumors, or metastases involving the spine. Contraindications to MRI such as metallic implants or claustrophobia. Motion artifacts affecting image quality.

MeasureTime frame
Visualization of quality and grading of DVJ morphology. Detection rate of vertebral endplate lesions and inflammatory changes. Identification of osteophytes and disc calcifications of UTE MRI. Correlation of UTE MRI findings with clinical symptoms and conventional MRI grades.Timepoint: 1 year 8 months 29 days
