Inclusion criteria: V pattern strabismus Unilateral or bilateral mild to moderate inferior oblique overaction Primary position vertical deviation 10 PD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Restrictive or paralytic squint Previous Previous squint surgery Craniosynostosis Inability Inability to position at fundus camera Nystagmus
