Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the age group under 18 to 59 years of all genders. Based on diagnostic criteria of IOM of chronic fatigue syndrome Participants with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the medical condition that explains the cause of fatigue like DM II hypothyroidism etc. Major depressive disorder or bipolar disorder. Schizophrenia and delusion disorders. Participants are on longterm immuno suppressants or corticosteroids. Patients on psychotropic drugs. Pregnant or lactating women. Alcohol or any kind of substance abuse condition. Participants who have taken any homoeopathic medicine in the last 4 weeks will be excluded
