Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults ranging from 18-24, college students with regular smartphone usage. 2. Participants willing to provide informed consent over the study will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with pre-existing neck injuries, chronic neck pain condition. 2. Subjects with chronic uncontrolled medical conditions. 3. Subjects with neuromuscular disorders affecting neck muscle endurance 4. Subjects undergone neck surgeries were excluded.
