Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical signs of Achilles tendon tightness reduced dorsiflexion less than 10 degree and pain Willing to participate in a 5 week exercise Participation in the study is limited to students enrolled in Parul Institute of Aviation Subjects who are willing to participate in the study by signing the consent Girls wearing High heels of at least 7 cm for 10 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Achilles tendon rupture or surgery Acute or chronic ankle injury Previous history of accident, fracture of ankle Participants having genetic disorders of foot Participation in other Achilles-specific treatments or therapies
