Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in this study will be elite Taekwondo athletes aged between 18 and 30 years with a minimum of three years of continuous Taekwondo training and active participation in state or national-level competitions. All participants must be in good general health, free from any current musculoskeletal injuries, and able to complete the full duration of the intervention program. Athletes will be excluded if they have any recent lower limb injuries (within the past six months), a history of neurological disorders, balance or vestibular impairments, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, or any medical contraindications to physical exercise. Those currently undergoing other structured rehabilitation or training programs that could influence study outcomes will also be excluded.
