Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Known case of Dyslipidemia without end organ damage 2 Patient giving consent and maintaining follow up 3 Male and female outpatients aged 20 years and above 4 Incidence of Hyperlipidemia with at least one of the following factors without end organ damage A Cholesterol level more than 200mg per dl B TG level more than 150 mg per dl C LDL C level higher than 130 mg per dl D HDL C level less than 40 mg per dl E Non HDL C more than 130 mg per dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with known case of coronary artery disease 2 Cannot follow therapeutic modification 3 Pregnant & lactating female 4 A recent add on of antilipidemic agents 5 History of CAD at an early age in the family less than 45yrs in males and in females less than 55 yrs

At the end of the study the expectation that Guatteria Gaumeri mother tincture and its centesimal potency when given will produce variation in patterns of lipid profile as well as will be helpful in management of DyslipidmiaTimepoint: 3 moths

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The study is expected to show the efficacy of Guatteria Gaumeri in cases of Dyslipidemia when prescribed therapeutically and will help in faster management of caseTimepoint: 12 months
