Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical Status I or II ( age group: 20-65 years). Infra Umbilical surgeries. Informed consent obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Active infection or inflammatory disease. 2. Pre-existing acute or chronic infection /systemic inflammatory conditions. 3. Contraindications to neuraxial anaesthesia (e.g., coagulopathies, infection at site..) 4. Chronic steroid use/ immunosuppressive therapy. 5. Conversion to open surgery.
