Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 8-15 years diagnosed with ADHD based on DSM-5 criteria by a certified child psychiatrist. 2. Ability to understand and follow simple verbal instructions to perform yoga postures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe cognitive, communication, or behavioural difficulties that impair their ability to perform yoga exercises. 2. Children with any major neurological, psychiatric, or orthopaedic conditions that may affect motor performance or physical safety during the assessment.
