Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed patients of manyastambha(cervical spondylosis) on the basis of clinical symptoms and investigations. 2.Patients between age of 20 to 60 years of either gender. 3.Participants will be selected irrespective of gender and socio-economic status. 4.Patients willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who are having history of rta with injuries on the neck. 2.Infections like septic arthritis, osteomyelitis of the spine. Cervical injury. 3.Patients suffering from type 1 diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled hypothyroidism. 4.Patients having systematic illness like tuberculosis, carcinoma and endocrine disorders or major illness like renal or liver disorder. Patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina. 5.Patients having clinical features of congestive cardiac failure. 6.Pregnant and lactating women.
