Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students diagnosed with myopia upto -6 diopters. 2. Students experiencing symptoms associated with myopia such as eye strain headache or watering of the eyes. 3. Both nostrils of the students functioning properly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those suffering from cataracts, glaucoma, congenital myopia, or pathological myopia. 2. Individuals with active infections affecting the eyes (e.g., conjunctivitis) or other systematic infections. 3. Participants who have undergone any eye surgeries recently. 4. Students with a refractive index greater than -6D. 5. Students suffering having closed nostrils.
