Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 65 years with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus FBS and PPBS values more than 100 mg per dl and 140 mg/dl respectively HbA1c levels between more than 7% Patients giving written informed consent will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes or secondary diabetes. History of severe hypoglycemia or hypersensitivity to study drugs Significant comorbid conditions such as renal impairment eGFR less than 30 mL per min per 1.73 m , liver dysfunction, or cardiovascular diseases. Pregnant or lactating women. Not giving consent
