Intervention1: MEND balance board exercise : through MEND balance board static balance activity with core endurance exercise and maintaining COG and radius Static balance posture holding 3 to 7 minute

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:18-25 years (young adults) Both males and females Individuals with anterior pelvic tilt more than 13 degree Individuals those willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with recent injuries around back or pelvis Individuals with any previous surgery around back or pelvis Individuals who has already taken visual biofeedback training
