Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-ever ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by imaging more than months post-stroke at time of assessment Clinically evident spasticity Modified Ashworth Scale more than one in at least one upper or lower limb Ability to ambulate (with or without assistance) Ability and willingness to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment Severe medical instability or pregnancy History of phenol injection within past 2 years or botulinum toxin injection within past 3 months Presence of intrathecal baclofen pump Pre-existing neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders affecting limb function Uncontrolled pain or orthopedic deformity interfering with assessment
