Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine preoperative ultrasonographic IJV measurements and incidence of post spinal hypotension in terms of changes in systolic BP and MAP in patients undergoing elective total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH) under spinal anesthesia. Timepoint: Baseline,0 mins,5mins,10 mins,15mins,20mins,25mins,30mins,at the end of surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the mean number of vasopressor doses required after spinal anaesthesia inthem To assess the mean fuid requirements following spinal anesthesia in them.Timepoint: 5mins,10mins,15mins,20mins,25mins,30mins, at the end of surgery
