Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All genders aged between 40 to 65 years old Participants with knee osteoarthritis in Kellgren and Lawrence system classification of grade 1 or 2 will be included for the study. Participants with an HKA angle between 170 degree and 185 degree (physiological varus or valgus) to ensure the inclusion of individuals with knee osteoarthritis but without severe deformities Individuals who is able to walk without assistive device Those who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of severe musculoskeletal disorders or neuromuscular conditions History of recent surgeries or interventions related to joint health in the past?six?months Participants with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension Participants with diabetic neuropathy History of dementia or cognitive impairments History of visual deficiency auditory deficiency cardiovascular disease and peripheral neuropathy
