Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group 20 to 80 years Both genders Cases giving consent to participate in the study Cases having marked modalities and onset of clinical presentations like pain tenderness stiffness limited movement of multiple joints etc Diagnosed cases of polyarthalagia (ICD-10. M25.50)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with degenerative joint disorders such as advanced osteoarthritis with structural deformities Cases with systemic involvement such as malignancies HIV Hepatitis tuberculosis or other chronic systemic diseases Pregnant and lactating women will not be included in the study
