Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having symptoms of purishaj ananha like pain in abdomen, abdominal distension etc 2) Patient having acute phase of purishaj ananha 3)only those patient will be selected whose parents are willing to give written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)patient with chronic debilitating disorder/disease. 2)patient on any other long term medication. 3)patient suffering from any systemic disease which intervenes with treatment. 4)patient having recurrent and chronic phases of purishaj anaha. 5)patient having psychosomatic disorders. 6)unwilling parents withdrawing their children.
