Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age of the subject range from 20 to 55 years Patient with patellofemoral pain syndrome were included assessed by the APTA Diagnostic Criteria Both males and females were included Patient who experience retropatellar or peripatellar pain with squatting stair climbing prolong sitting Patient with good knowledges of Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent knee surgery Individuals with Total Knee Replacement Surgery Individuals who do not speak Hindi or limited with proficiency Patients fluent in English Un cooperative patient
