Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants with grade 1 grade 2 metabolic associated fatty liver disease All genders participating aged 18 to 59 years Participants with lft report ast 0 to 111 iu per l alt 0 to 126 iu per l get 0 to 114 iu per l and triglycerides 40 to 400 mg per dl Participants who have willingly joined the study and signed the written informed consent Participants taking prior oral will be enrolled after a wash out period of 15 Days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with any severe uncontrolled pre diagnose systemic illness Participant with liver fibrosis cirrhosis and malignancy Participants with uncontrolled htn dm or immunocompromised individuals Participants those who have undergone liver transplant Participants with high alcohol consumption more than 140g per week for men more than 70g per week for women and active smoker smoking more than 10 pack per year Pregnant and lactating mothers Participants with any psychiatric illness
