Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 59 years Becks Depression Inventory score should be between 11 to 30 Patients with stable mild to moderate symptoms of low mood irritability anxiety mood swings One month washout period will be given for patients previously taking allopathic medicines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients currently on allopathic psychotropic medications like antidepressants antipsychotics or other therapies for mood disorders Pregnant and lactating women Patients with neurological diseases like epilepsy dementia Patients diagnosed with substance abuse disorder Patients with severe chronic systemic illness like uncontrolled DM Hypertension etc Patients with severe psychiatric illness like severe depression dysthymia schizophrenia bipolar disorder with psychosis persistent mood disorders and mania are excluded

Assessing the effect of Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine prescribed using Robin Murphys Homoeopathic Medical Repertory in the management of depressive mood disorder using Hamilton Depression Rating ScaleTimepoint: 16 months study 6 month enrollment 6 month follow up 2 month data analysis 2 month report writing Becks depression rating scale to be used at baseline Hamilton depression rating scale to be used at baseline 3 month and 6 month Statistical analysis to be done based on the data of baseline 3 month and 6 month
