Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria. 2. Nulliparous patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age less than 16 years and more than 30 years. 2. patients having any congenital anomalies causing dysmenorrhoea. 3. patient having chronic systemic disease. 4. patient having IUCD 5. patient taking any hormonal therapies.
