Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of Plantar Fasciitis more or equal to 3 months Subtalar joint dysfunction (limited mobility or stiffness) No prior foot and ankle surgery Able to follow treatment protocol Gave written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases (RA, diabetes, etc.) Corticosteroid injection in last 6 months Pregnancy Severe neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting gait Current use of orthoses or other foot interventions Prior foot/ankle surgery
