Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants between 18 to 35 years. Males and females were included. Pre-diagnosed mechanical low back pain by Orthopedician. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) should be 4 to 6. Participants who willingly signed the consent form. Participants who can understand Hindi, Gujarati, and English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering from other musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiac conditions. Recent fractures, surgery within the last three months (especially lumbar spine surgery).
