Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 25years Young individuals with no significant physical and mental health conditions. Willingness to participate either on indoor or outdoor activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with chronic illnesses e.g. cardiovascular diseases respiratory conditions. Participants with current injuries that may affect their ability to exercise.
