Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate and graduate students (19?32 years old). Individuals who understand English and are literate. Willingness and ability to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with prior experience in EFT. Students with a history of serious mental health conditions requiring formal treatment (e.g., anxiety, depression). Chronic medical conditions affecting cognitive function
