Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients between the age group of 21-50 years will be selected for the study. 2.Male patients willing to participate in the trial. 3.The patients suffering from male sexual dysfunction with premature ejaculation. 4.Patients with the history of active sexual contact with partner for six months. 5.Male patients who fulfill the diagnostic criteria will be included. 6.Male patients with controlled metabolic diseases like Hypertension and Type II Diabetes Mellitus will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Male Patients below the age below 21yrs and above 50 yrs. 2.Male Patients not willing for the trial. 3.Acquired premature ejaculation due to urological dysfunction like prostatitis, thyroid dysfunction, ED, stroke, etc. 4.Male patients having major psychiatric illness like epilepsy, schizophrenia, mental retardation. 5.Withdrawal of Opioids, Alcohol etc. 6.Partner problems that may exacerbate a tendency toward rapid ejaculation like anorgasmia, dyspareunia, and sexual aversion. 7.Patients with anatomical disabilities of male reproductive organ like varicocele, hydrocele, absence or blockage of passage tubules, testicular atrophy, and Sexually Transmitted Diseases etc. 8.Patient having illness like Tuberculosis, Carcinoma, Renal and Liver disorders. 9.Patient with uncontrolled metabolic diseases like Hypertension and Type II Diabetes Mellitus. 10.Subjects who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past 6 months. 11.Any other condition which the investigator thinks may compromise the safety of the subject.
