| 1. Tardieu Scale: Used to assess spasticity by measuring the muscle response to passive stretch at three different speeds (0 to 4), and the angle of muscle catch is measured using a goniometer. Higher scores indicate greater spasticity. 2. Functional Reach Test: Assesses dynamic balance and fall risk. The participant reaches forward while standing without moving the feet. The distance reached indicates better balance and postural control. The final score is the average of three trials. Timepoint: 1. Tardieu Scale: Baseline (pre-intervention) and after 2 weeks of intervention. 2. Functional Reach Test: Baseline (pre-intervention) and after 2 weeks of intervention. | — |
