Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For cases All Pregnant mothers with singleton pregnancy and estimated fetal weight less than 10th centile from standard sonographic measurements For controls All Pregnant mothers with singleton pregnancy and estimated fetal weight 10th to 90th percentile from standard sonographic measurements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded based on the following conditions: non-placental fetal indications history of congenital infections presence of a single umbilical artery, abnormal placental adherence such as placenta accreta, increta, or percreta maternal age below 18 or above 35 years, multiple gestations, refusal to provide consent, and contraindications to MRI
