Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of type 2 Diabetes mellitus with serum creatinine less than or equal to 1.4 and estimated Glomerular Filtration rate greater than or equal to 60mL/min/1.73m2. 2.Aged between 40-70 years. 3.Willingness to participate with informed sign consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.Acute and chronic kidney disorder and endocrine disorders and other complications of Diabetes mellitus.
