Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 12th Grade commerce students. Students who are present on the days of intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students other than 12th Grade commerce students. Students who are absent on the days of intervention.

The study will provide insight into the level of improvement of knowledge among the students regarding gut health, probiotics, prebiotics and dietary fiber post intervention. It is measured using pre-and post- test questionnaire. A handout including summarized content will be developed and provided to the students.Timepoint: within 4 months
