Inclusion criteria: Minimum 1 year of competitive aerobic gymnastics experience (Any level)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Musculoskeletal Injuries in past 6 months -1 year 2.Existing symptoms from previous musculoskeletal injuries
