Intervention1: Surgical fixation with pedicle screws using posterior approach: Pedicle screws are inserted into fractured vertebrae and Rods connected to realign and fix in place Control Intervention1

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients with A3 or A4 Thoracolumbar burst fracture without neurological deficit, Presentation within 1 week from time of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Neurological deficit, Concomitant malignancy with spinal metastasis, metabolic or endocrine co-morbidities, having pathological fractures, history of psychiatry illness, history of infection, previous surgery in the spine.

Kyphosis angle, Intervertebral body height Anterior and Posterior vertebral body height.Timepoint: 2 weeks, 4 weeks , 3 months , 6 months.

JOA Score , ODI Score , Roland-Morris Disability QuestionnaireTimepoint: 2 weeks , 4 weeks , 3 months , 6 months .
