Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients undergoing breast surgeries, willing to participate in the study, more than 18 years of age, ASA I-III patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy, bleeding disorders, local site infection, emergency breast surgeries, prior breast surgeries, allergic to local anaesthetic agent, pre existing chronic pain or opioid dependence, severe cardio respiratory diseases
