Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from the essential hypertension [SBP: 130-149 mmHg and DBP 90-99 mmHg]. Participants who fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension as defined by the 2017 guidelines. Patient who is willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The cases of secondary hypertension [ SBP more than 140 mmHg and DBP more than 100 mmHg]. Individual having chronic renal disease
