Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 13 to 18 years Adolescents who are active users of social media (i.e., use at least one social media platform regularly, minimum 30 minutes per day) Adolescents who are enrolled in school/college during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adolescents with diagnosed medical conditions that affect their diet (e.g., diabetes, chronic kidney disease). Adolescents diagnosed with eating disorders (e.g., anorexia nervosa ) Adolescents who do not use social media
