Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects who come under ASAII who rquires suturing after extraction in mandible HbA1c values not exceeding 9gmpercentage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Patients who are lactose intolerant
