Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effectiveness of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) as an adjuvant in Severe Depression.Timepoint: After 10 rTMS sessions

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the number of rTMS sessions required to bring about a response (less than 50% scores) in the identified patients in HDRS.Timepoint: After every 2 rTMS sessions; To assess the improvement of functional capacity of the patients using GAF scale with rTMS.Timepoint: Before and after 10 rTMS sessions
