Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants of age group between 18-25 years 2) Participants should currently be using or have used a tele-fitness regimen or physical fitness regimen within last 6 months. 3) Individuals should be engaging in physical activity equivalent to approximately 500-1000 MET-minutes per week. 4) Participants should not take breaks from their fitness regimen that last longer than a few days to one week during the 8 to 12-week period. 5)Those who can understand English and Marathi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals those who are not willing to participate. 2)Individuals undergoing a rehabilitation program for a specific illness will be excluded.
