Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Parents or primary caregivers of children aged 2?12 years with neurodevelopmental delays (including CP, ASD and other genetic conditions) identified by a qualified professional. -Residence in rural areas within the service catchment of Handimachal Society. -Willingness to participate in interviews, use the home program, and engage in biweekly phone support.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Families unable to participate in telephonic follow-ups (e.g., persistent connectivity issues). 2.Children with severe co-morbid medical conditions requiring intensive hospital care
